Streak shields
Every 1,000 lifetime reps earns a streak shield, up to three at a time. Miss a day and a shield is spent automatically, so one bad day doesn’t erase months of work.

36 medals across volume, streaks, and personal records — from Century at 100 reps to The Summit at 15,000. Earned medals are never taken away.
History that adds up
A calendar of every logged day with per-day totals, plus insights over any period you choose. Edit or delete any entry and every number recalculates.
Reminders that know where you’re at
Set a daily reminder at a time that fits your day. The wording adapts to your actual progress, and a late-evening nudge arrives if a streak is still on the line.

What does 365 Strong cost?
It’s free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no ads.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no sign-in. Open the app and start logging.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. 365 Strong has no servers and nothing you log is sent anywhere. The privacy policy covers this in full.
Does it sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Not yet. Your history lives on the device you logged it on, and is included in an encrypted iPhone backup.
Does it read my Apple Health data?
No. 365 Strong does not connect to HealthKit and never reads or writes Health data.
I broke my streak. Did I lose my medals?
No. Streak medals are based on your longest streak ever, so breaking a streak never costs you a medal you already earned.
I logged the wrong number. Can I fix it?
Yes. Any entry can be edited or deleted from your history, and every total, streak, and medal recalculates from your real numbers.
