Home Centered

Your home needs a hundred small things done. Home Centered remembers all of them.

Free · Requires iOS 17.4 or later · Version 1.0.0

What it does

On whatever schedule things actually happen

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a custom interval of your own. Home Centered tells you what’s coming and keeps a record of every time you’ve done it.

Falling behind doesn’t compound

Completing an overdue task re-anchors its schedule from the day you actually finished, so you land back on track instead of staying permanently late.

Reminders that don’t nag

Notifications arrive as a task comes due, with quiet hours so nothing wakes you at night. Mark something done straight from the notification.

A record that outlasts your memory

Every completion is logged with the date, what it cost, and any notes worth keeping. Attach a photo — a receipt, a serial number, proof the work was done.

What it actually costs to own a house

Record what each job costs as you complete it, and see annual, average, and lifetime spend per item. No linked bank accounts, no budget to maintain.

You won’t start from an empty screen

Setup seeds your list from a curated catalog of common home maintenance. Keep what applies, delete what doesn’t, add whatever’s specific to yours.

Questions

What does Home Centered cost?

It’s free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no ads.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up and nothing to log into. Open the app and add your first task.

Where is my data stored?

On your device. Home Centered has no servers, and your tasks, costs, notes, and photos never leave your phone. The privacy policy covers this in full.

Does it sync between my devices?

Not yet. Your data lives on the device you entered it on, and is included in an encrypted iPhone backup.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Home Centered exports everything to CSV whenever you want your own copy.

Can I track more than one property?

Yes. Add each place separately and keep its tasks, history, and costs on their own.

Why didn’t I get a notification?

Check that notifications are allowed for Home Centered in iOS Settings, and that the task’s due date hasn’t landed inside your quiet hours. If it still isn’t working, email support below.
