What does Home Centered cost?
It’s free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscription, and no ads.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up and nothing to log into. Open the app and add your first task.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Home Centered has no servers, and your homes, tasks, rooms, costs, notes, and photos never leave your phone. The privacy policy covers this in full.
Does it sync between my devices?
Not yet. Your data lives on the device you entered it on, and is included in an encrypted iPhone backup.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. One tap exports your maintenance and cleaning records — tasks, rooms, and full history, with the home named on every row — to a CSV file you can send wherever you like. Attached photos stay in the app.
Can I track more than one property?
Yes, as many as you want. There is no cap and nothing to unlock. Each home keeps its own tasks, rooms, history, and costs, and nothing blends together. Sold a place? Archive it — the reminders stop and the history stays.
Does cleaning send reminders too?
No, on purpose. Cleaning tracks rhythm rather than debt, so it shows you when a room was last done without ever going overdue or notifying you. Maintenance is the half that reminds.
Why didn’t I get a notification?
The app now tells you on its reminder settings screens when notifications are switched off, and links you straight to iOS Settings. Otherwise, check that the task’s due date hasn’t landed inside your quiet hours — a reminder there is held until the morning. If it still isn’t working, email support below.
