Questions
What does The Sport Pulse cost?
$1.99 as a one-time purchase on the App Store. There is no subscription. The app comes with one free player profile, and each additional profile is a $0.99 in-app purchase.
How many players can I track?
As many as you like. The first player profile is included, and each additional one is a $0.99 one-time purchase. Nothing the app already does for free ever moves behind a paywall — stats you have already entered stay readable, editable, and exportable whatever you have bought.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple, not by Smith Peaks Creations, so refunds go through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I paid already — how do I get it on my other device?
Sign in to the same Apple Account and use Restore Purchases, or redownload it from your purchase history in the App Store.
Which sports does it cover?
The Sport Pulse is built around basketball stat tracking.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes. The Sport Pulse runs on iPhone and iPad, and requires iOS 17.6 or later.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Settings → Export Data produces a CSV of every completed game. The export is free, is not restricted by any purchase, and always will be.
How is my data handled?
Every stat you record stays on your device. Player names, games, and numbers are never uploaded, and we cannot see them. Two outside services receive limited technical data — Firebase for anonymous usage counts and crash reports, and RevenueCat for purchase records — and neither ever receives a player name, a game, or a single stat. You can turn usage data off in Settings → Privacy. The privacy policy covers all of it in full.
